Track your parcel
Enter the tracking code from your shipping confirmation and the postcode of the delivery address. No account needed.
How tracking works
Three steps from the shipping confirmation to the parcel's status. No account, no app.
1.Find your tracking code
It is in the shipping confirmation from the shop where you ordered, together with a link that opens this page with the code already filled in.
2.Enter the delivery postcode
The postcode confirms that the parcel is yours. Only someone who has both the code and the postcode can see the status.
3.Follow every scan
The status page shows the current stage, the expected delivery date and each carrier scan. It updates as soon as the carrier scans the parcel again.
Where to find your tracking code
The tracking code is in the shipping confirmation from the shop where you ordered, together with a link that opens this page with the code already filled in.
- Format
- 10 letters and digits, for example K7QM-4XP2-9R. Hyphens, spaces and lower-case letters are fine.
- Postcode
- The postcode of the delivery address. For a Packstation or parcel shop, use the postcode of that location.
- Several parcels
- Each parcel has its own code. The shipping confirmation lists one code per parcel.
What the stages mean
Every parcel moves through the same five stages. The status page shows which stage your parcel is in and the full scan history behind it.
