These terms apply to the use of Parcel Progress at parcelprogress.com.
The service
Parcel Progress shows the status of a parcel to anyone who enters its tracking code and the postcode of its delivery address. The service is free and needs no account. It is for information only.
No guarantee
The status information comes from carriers and shippers. We show it as we receive it and do not guarantee that it is correct, complete or up to date. The service is provided as is and may be unavailable at times.
Delivery
Parcel Progress does not carry or deliver parcels. Using the service gives you no claim against the operator of Parcel Progress for the delivery of a parcel, for a delay or for a loss. Your contract for the delivery is with the shop where you ordered.
Permitted use
Look up only parcels whose tracking code and delivery postcode you received. The following is not allowed:
- guessing or systematically trying tracking codes or postcodes
- querying the service automatically
- getting around the pause after failed attempts
- disrupting or overloading the service
We may pause lookups that break these rules.
